DO YOUR PRODUCTS HEAL SKIN ISSUES (ECZEMA, PSORIASIS, ACNE, ETC.)?

Made by a Black Girl does not make any claims on what a product will do for you and your skin type. All statements seen on our site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Please read the ingredients of EACH product and make the best informed decision for YOU regarding YOUR skin care. My products are not intended to cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any disease. All ingredients are listed for this reason.

WHY DOES MY SOAP LOOK DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS PICTURED?

The soap that is pictured and what you receive may not look the same due to my use of various soap molds but trust me it is made with the same ingredients and love as what is shown. If for some reason you receive something that is completely different (name wise) please do not hesitate to send me an email and I will be sure to correct the issue.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS?

Being that all products are made to have direct contact with your skin, no refunds will be provided.

HOW OFTEN IS NEW SOAP INTRODUCED?

At this current moment, there is no time table on when new soaps will be introduced. Please be sure to sign up for emails so that every time a new soap or product is introduced you will be one of the first to know.

Once I have made a new soap I will post it along with the other products under the “shop” tab and it will have the date the soap will be ready for sale, so please mark your calendars in advance.
